Kimberly Fuentes

Kimberly Fuentes, MSW, currently serves as a Clinical Social Worker at Wombat Mental Health Services and has held the position of Study Coordinator at UCLA Hub for Health Intervention, Policy and Practice since June 2021. As the Director of Research and Services at Sex Workers Outreach Project Inc, Kimberly has been instrumental in leading research and service initiatives since March 2020. Kimberly's previous experience includes engagement as a Luskin Leadership Fellow at the Los Angeles County Office of Child Protection from June 2020 to July 2024, where responsibilities encompassed multi-system collaboration and program development. Earlier roles featured a Therapy Intern position at San Antonio Mental Health Clinic, Assistant Director at UC Santa Barbara Family Vacation Center, Resident Assistant at UCSB Housing, Dining, & Auxiliary Enterprises, Curriculum Coordinator at Educating Leaders for the Future, and President of Team Marine. Kimberly holds a Master of Social Work from UCLA and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies and Geography from UC Santa Barbara.
