Anh Speer

Anh Speer, Ph.D., is a co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at iFame Media LLC since October 2012, specializing in internet marketing and web solutions. Concurrently, Anh serves as CTO and Head of Technology at Sextant Marketing, having extensive experience in marketing automation and data security. Previous experience includes positions such as Senior Development Lead Architect at Greystone CES and Principal Technical Lead at WellCare Health Plans, where Anh oversaw development teams and set strategic technical directions. Anh's background also includes significant roles at AOL, where leadership in various technical operations supported online advertising and billing systems. Anh holds a Ph.D. and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Virginia Tech, along with Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Telecommunications Management from Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics.
