Danya Ray

Danya Ray currently serves as the Alumni Relations Manager at Seyfarth Shaw LLP, overseeing SPAN and alumni network initiatives, including strategic engagement across all 18 offices and the international launch in Europe in April 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Alumni Relations Specialist at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, where Danya developed and launched an alumni program for a global law firm, and Alumni Network Lead at Verisk Analytics, focusing on global alumni relations strategy. Danya also held the position of Assistant Director of International Events and Alumni Relations at Columbia Law School, managing high-profile events on a multi-million-dollar budget. Earlier career experience includes positions in marketing and legal teams at Debevoise & Plimpton, Kasowitz, Benson, Torres & Friedman LLP, and Mayer Brown. Danya holds a Master’s degree in Public Relations and Corporate Communication from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University.
