Jen is responsible for oversight and strategy of the human resources function for Seyfarth's 1,800 attorneys and administrative staff, including legal and staff recruiting and retention, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, employee relations, and talent development. Jen's experience includes 30 years in the legal industry, 20 specifically in the human resources function in large-scale, global law firms. In this regard, she is a proven leader, uniquely positioned in having a deep understanding of the needs and demands of a multi-office, global law firm environment.
