Jayantha Amarasinghe

Jayantha Amarasinghe is the current Deputy General Manager of Human Resources at Seylan Bank. Jayantha has extensive experience in the field, having served as the Head of HR Functions at DOHA BANK from January 2008 to November 2014, and as Senior Manager Human Resources at Nations Trust Bank PLC from January 2005 to March 2008. Prior to that, they were an attorney at law and Manager of Human Resources at Singer Sri Lanka Limited from January 1995 to December 2004.

Jayantha Amarasinghe is a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Buckinghamshire. Jayantha also holds a Post Graduate Diploma In Management from SLIM, and a Post Graduate Diploma In HRM from IPM - Sri Lanka. In addition, they have a Post Gradute Diploma In International Relations from the Bandaranaike Center for International Studies. Jayantha is also an Attorney at Law from Sri Lanka Law College, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Colombo.
