Jeff Lamontagne

Jeff LaMontagne has extensive work experience in operations and manufacturing management. Jeff has held various leadership roles in different companies. Starting from 1984, they worked as a General Foreman at PHD Inc., managing all production functions for a large CNC machining operation. From 2001 to 2004, they were a Plant Manager at Athena Champion, overseeing all business aspects of a high precision CNC machining and assembly business. Jeff then joined Zimmer in 2004, where they held multiple roles including Director of Operations and Senior Manager in different departments. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as the VP of Operations at NGInstruments Inc., leading a medical device contract manufacturing organization. Jeff then served as the Director of Operations at Micro Machine Company from 2015 to 2018. Currently, Jeff works at Seymour Midwest LLC as the Senior Vice President of Operations, where they are involved in the strategic direction and development of the operations functions of the organization. Throughout their career, they have focused on developing highly functional teams, implementing lean manufacturing methods, improving profitability, and streamlining manufacturing processes.

Jeff LaMontagne attended Indiana Purdue University at Fort Wayne from 1990 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Accounting.
