Ying-Huei Chu

Ying-Huei Chu is a seasoned professional in product management with a diverse background spanning several industries. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Seyna since November 2023, Ying-Huei was previously a Product Manager at Defacto, where responsibilities included comprehensive product design and management as the first product hire. Ying-Huei held the title of Head of Product at MoneyTrack, focusing on creating a ZERO refund process and innovating health insurance mobile payment solutions. Additional experience includes roles as a Scrum Master at Accenture, where Ying-Huei facilitated Agile project management, and as a Sales Project Manager at Dassault Systèmes. Early career involvement included positions at IBM as a Pre-sales Consultant and Tradition Securities and Futures in Front Office Risk Management. Education includes an Executive MSc in Social Business and Entrepreneurship at The London School of Economics and a Master’s in Finance from ESSEC Business School, complemented by various design and technology training.
