Nili Waypa

Nili Waypa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in analytics engineering and data management. Since December 2018, Nili has held various roles at Sezzle, currently serving as Director of Analytics Engineering, where responsibilities include managing data team relationships with the Product team, overseeing data transformations in dbt, and ensuring credit reporting compliance. Nili previously worked as a Sr. Manager and Manager in Analytics Engineering, focusing on data governance, project implementation, and direct report management, while pioneering projects across multiple departments. Earlier experiences include teaching data analytics at the University of Minnesota and supporting software development strategies as an Alexa Developer at SayKid. Nili holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with double majors in Management Information Systems and Entrepreneurship from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
