Chuck McClain has had a long and successful career in the telecommunications industry. Chuck began their career in 1995 as a Sr. Manager of Local Technical Services at MCI. In 2000, they moved to Teligent, Inc. as the Director of Customer Service, where they implemented changes that resulted in a 27% reduction in average call handling time, a 66% improvement in average speed of answer, a 12% improvement in customer service level, a 4% increase in the percentage of calls handled, and a 9% improvement in first call resolution. In 2001, they joined Hughes Network Systems as VP of Customer Service, where they were responsible for all activities associated with the installation and support of consumer, small business, and enterprise customers. In 2008, they were promoted to Chief Operating Officer at Verizon Telematics Inc., where they had responsibility for world-wide service delivery for all of their connected vehicle customers. In 2016, they became President and CEO of McClain Services, Inc. and in 2017, they joined Sfara as COO, where they were dedicated to helping drive positive social change through their work.
