Riad Aoun

Riad Aoun is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as General Manager for the Middle East at Sferanet since September 2022. Previously, Riad held multiple strategic roles at IBM from January 2011 to March 2022, including the position of MEA Red Hat & MEP Ecosystem Marketing Leader, where responsibility included driving go-to-market strategies and fostering partnerships to achieve pipeline growth. Riad also excelled as Marketing Communications Manager for IBM Middle East & Pakistan, leading a successful team in executing impactful marketing campaigns. Earlier in Riad's career, a role as Country Marketing Communications Manager at Saudi Business Machines involved overseeing brand marketing strategies and implementation. Riad holds an MBA from Alliant International University and a BBA in Marketing from Schiller College – Europe University.
