Osinachi Ibe

Osinachi Ibe is a dedicated film programmer and artist with extensive experience in various roles within the film industry. Currently serving as a Film Programmer and Mind the Gap Manager at the Mill Valley Film Festival since June 2022, Osinachi also holds the position of Filmmaker in Residence at SFFILM, which began in January 2023. Previous roles include Artist in Residence at Headlands Center for the Arts, Project Manager at Oakland Film Center, and Associate Programmer at Newport Beach Film Festival. Osinachi's involvement in film organizations also includes positions at Film Independent and Plan B Entertainment, along with teaching assistant and graduate assistant roles during academic tenure at Chapman University and Shenandoah University, respectively. Osinachi earned a Master of Fine Arts in Film Production/Directing from Dodge College of Film and Media Arts, following a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from Shenandoah University.
