Nick Seraydarian

Nick is a Managing Director of SG Credit Partners, Inc. (“SGCP”), responsible for originations, deal execution, and portfolio management. Based in the Santa Monica office, Nick also manages SGCP’s day-to-day operations. Nick joined Super G Capital, LLC (“Super G”) in 2015 as the cash flow lending division’s first hire. While there, he helped establish Super G as a market leader in lower middle market second lien lending and helped build a deal team to execute over $150 million in originations.

Prior to Super G, Nick was a Senior Loan Administrator at First Republic Bank, facilitating the loan structuring and closing process between business development officers, underwriting, credit committee and legal to ensure timely fundings for a variety of loan products. Nick began his career at US Capital Partners, an investment bank for lower middle-market companies and was responsible for deal structuring, management, and execution, operations and capital markets. At US Capital, Nick managed a robust pipeline of deals, structuring and placing senior and subordinate credit facilities for clients across a variety of industries.
