Silvana Neskoski

Silvana Neskoski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business readiness and change management. Currently serving as the Manager of Business Readiness & Change at sgfleet ANZ since February 2022, Silvana focuses on developing change management strategies to enhance employee adoption and minimize resistance during transitions. Prior to this role, Silvana accumulated significant experience at LeasePlan Australia, where roles included National Service Centre Manager, National Customer Service Manager, Change Manager, Customer Service Team Manager, Fleet Support Manager, and Fleet Support Officer. Throughout these positions, Silvana was responsible for quality service delivery, efficiency in maintenance and repairs, and managing various aspects of customer service and change initiatives.
