Dwaine Kinderknecht

Dwaine Kinderknecht currently serves as the VP of Operations at SG360°, a Segerdahl company, since October 2018. Prior to this role, Dwaine held the position of SVP of Operations at Innovairre from September 2013 to August 2018, overseeing the P&L of Innovairre Specialty Products and Genuine Pen Products. Dwaine's extensive experience includes serving as Plant Director in Effingham, Illinois, and Atlanta, Georgia, and as SVP/GM in Effingham, Illinois, during a tenure at Quad Direct from June 1998 to August 2013. Dwaine began a career in management at Banta Direct Group, where the role of GM was held from May 1979 to May 1998.
