Kevin Hughes

Kevin Hughes has a wealth of experience in various leadership roles. Kevin currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of SG360°, a Segerdahl company, since August 2020. Prior to that, they were the President of Hughes Packaging LLC from July 2018 to August 2020. Before starting their own venture, they founded Melius LLC in February 2017, where they provided operational improvement solutions as the Owner/President until August 2020. Kevin also served as the Chief Operating Officer of LL Flex and Oracle Packaging from April 2012 to February 2017. Kevin held the position of VP/Director of Operations at Reynolds Group Holdings (formerly Alcoa) from February 2006 to April 2012. Kevin started their career at Tetra Pak, where they worked as a Project Manager/Plant Manager from 1998 to 2006.

Kevin Hughes attended the University of Lincoln from 1985 to 1989, where they studied Electrical Engineering. After that, Kevin enrolled in the Milton Keynes Open University to pursue an MSc in Manufacturing: Management & Tecnology. However, the start and end years for this degree are not specified.
