Mary Maines is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and business development. Since October 1999, Mary has served as Managing Director, Partner, and Leader of People Operations at SGA Talent, where a passion for helping people and fostering company growth drives their work. Previous roles include Vice President of Business Development, focusing on sales and marketing of SGA services, and Director of Research, specializing in telephone research and name generation for the professional services sector. Earlier in their career, Mary worked as a Human Resource Manager for Macy's from September 1990 to May 1994, overseeing HR operations for the cosmetic department. Mary attended Tallahassee State College from 1978 to 1980.
