Katia Vicentim Buono is currently the Head of Customer Success at SGA TI em Nuvem. Previously, Katia worked at Bradesco Cartões as Gerente de Projetos and at Banco ibi as Coordenador de Novos Negócios and Lider de Projetos. Katia also has experience at Orbitall as Gerente de Sistemas and Consultor de Sistemas. With a background in project management and systems analysis, Katia has a strong track record of implementing partnerships with various companies in the national market. Katia holds a degree in Project Management from FGV and studied at Centro Universitário FIEO.
