Caitlin Paetzhold is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in packaging engineering and project management. Currently serving as Sales Manager at SGD Pharma since July 2021, Caitlin previously held roles at WestRock Company as a Packaging Consultant/Sales Engineer, where responsibilities included analyzing customer processes, managing complex projects exceeding $10MM, and presenting high-stakes solutions to Fortune 500 stakeholders. Prior to that, Caitlin worked as a Project Engineer/Assistant Construction Manager at The Dennis Group, successfully overseeing multimillion-dollar projects and fostering client relationships. Caitlin’s career began as a Logistics Readiness Officer in the United States Air Force, where leadership of a large cross-functional team and significant asset management were key achievements. Caitlin's foundation in packaging engineering was established with a Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University.
