Dayalan Muralidharan

Dayalan Muralidharan is an experienced professional currently serving as Manager (Talent) at SGInnovate since October 2022, focusing on bridging talent within the Deep Tech ecosystem through emerging technologies and innovation. Previously, Dayalan held the role of Manager (Programme Architect) at Youth Corps Singapore from July 2019 to October 2022, where responsibilities included the design, delivery, and evaluation of programs related to youth leadership and volunteerism. Dayalan's background also includes experience as an Instructor at Outward Bound Singapore, where outdoor leadership training was provided, and as a Commando in the Singapore Armed Forces specializing in operations. Early career experience includes an engineering internship at Info comm & Security Systems Pte Ltd, gaining insights into security systems. Dayalan Muralidharan holds a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business from the University of Adelaide and a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic.
