Barry Kanters

Barry Kanters is an experienced Vastgoedadviseur currently working at SGS Search since November 2015, specializing in the inspection, analysis, and advice related to the built environment, particularly in the areas of technical due diligence and real estate. Barry has conducted international inspections across various countries including Great Britain, Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Latvia, Estonia, Finland, Spain, and Lithuania. In addition to work at SGS Search, Barry is involved with several initiatives including serving on the sponsor committee for Turnvereniging OJC Rosmalen since October 2023, founding Drive In Bioscoop Den Bosch, and establishing Buurtvereniging Valleienbuurt, which has initiated community projects. Prior roles include co-founding Maaspoort Kids, serving as a Bouwkundig Inspecteur at Prime Advice, and working in project engineering and consultation at various firms. Barry has acquired numerous relevant certifications throughout a comprehensive educational background in construction and facility management.
