Priya Fernandez

Priya Fernandez has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Priya is currently the Director of Human Resources at SGS & Co, a position they have held since October 2019. Before that, they were the Head of Human Resources at Magnasoft from April 2018 to October 2019. From May 2015 to February 2017, Priya was the Head of Human Resources and Training at Access Healthcare Services Pvt Ltd. Prior to that, they held various HR positions at Tata Elxsi, Cisco, First American (India), e4e, Brigade Corporation, and Sutherland Global Services. At Tata Elxsi, they worked as the Joint General Manager of Human Resources, overseeing a global team of 5000 employees and responsible for organizational design, recruitment, communication strategy, talent development, and leadership training. Throughout their career, Priya has managed mass recruitment, training and development, post-merger HR integration, and performance management systems for large teams of employees.

Priya Fernandez completed an Executive General Management degree at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in 2005-2006. Priya also holds a Masters in Human Resources Management from Pondicherry University and a Masters of Arts in English Literature from the University of Madras. Priya has also studied French Language at Alliance Francaise and German Language at Max Mueller Bhavan. Additionally, they have a certification in Recruitment Management from Carlton Advanced Management Institute in the US.
