Mark Donovan

Mark Donovan has over 25 years of work experience in finance and operations. Mark is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at S&H Systems since May 2020. Previously, they worked as the CFO at Hickey Freeman Tailored Clothing, Inc. from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they held the role of CFO & COO at Robert Talbott Inc. from 2012 to 2017.

Before joining Robert Talbott Inc., Mark worked as a Senior Continuous Improvement Consultant at Oliver Wyman in 2011-2012. Mark also worked as the Director of Continuous Improvement at Collective Brands, Inc. from 2008 to 2011, where they led the Corporate Global Continuous Improvement Program and played a key role in the Corporate Sustainability Initiative.

Earlier in their career, Mark held various finance and operations roles at Blockbuster, starting as the Director of Finance (CFO) in 1993 and ending as the Sr. Director of Supply Chain Finance in 2008. Mark also served as the VP of Merchandising Planning & Distribution at Friedmans Jewelers in 2008. Throughout their career, Mark has demonstrated expertise in financial management, continuous improvement, and supply chain finance.

Mark Donovan has a diverse education history. In 2010, they obtained a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma from Washburn University. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2007, they attended The University of Texas at Dallas and earned a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma. Mark is also a Certified General Accountant (CGA) at the 5th Level, although the specific duration of their study for this qualification is unclear. Furthermore, they have a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics & Finance from Wilfrid Laurier University, again without specified start or end years.
