Roy Holmes

Roy Holmes has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Roy began their career in 1990 with the United States Army, where they served as a Sergeant Major and later transitioned into the role of Transitioning Sergeant Major. After their military service, Roy worked as a Site Lead for a contractor from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, they joined S&H Systems as a Site Manager and quickly progressed to become the Regional Director and then the Regional Manager for PELO (Project Execution Launch Operations) and Vendor Technical Training. Roy's expertise and leadership skills have been honed through their various roles in the military and private sector.

Roy Holmes received an Associate's degree in applied science administration management from Excelsior University. Roy attended the university from 2011 to 2012.
