Ty Paul

Ty Paul is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and construction supervision. Currently serving as a Construction Specialist at Shaddock Homes since April 2021, Ty previously held positions such as Project Manager at Serene Builder and Area Manager/Superintendent at Darling Homes. In these roles, Ty managed various construction projects, including townhomes, custom homes, and multifamily units, while overseeing interactions with homeowners and a network of over 350 trades. Earlier career highlights include founding Pony Xpress Construction Services during an economic downturn and serving as a Builder at Sotheby Homes, where Ty contributed to the development of new communities in The Colony and Castle Hills. Ty holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from New Mexico State University, obtained in 1994.
