Rajat Jain

Rajat Jain is currently serving as Deputy Manager-Finance at Jindal Shadeed Iron and Steel since July 2023, focusing on managing financial analysis functions. Previously, as Associate Manager at Vedanta Zinc International from November 2022 to June 2023, Rajat identified and recommended improvement plans for KPIs across business areas and provided strategic advisory services to enhance productivity and performance. Rajat's earlier role as Associate Manager-PMO at Hindustan Zinc involved leading maintenance planning and execution, managing a team of 60, and implementing cost-saving projects. Rajat holds an MBA in Finance from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from M.B.M. Engineering College, Jodhpur.
