Megan Crowley

Megan Crowley has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Megan currently works as a Go-To-Market Strategist at Seesaw Learning since 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Training at World Book, Inc. from 2019 to 2022. In this role, they restructured digital account management and implemented standard operating procedures for customer success and training teams, resulting in increased retention rates. Additionally, they managed training specialists and provided professional development to over 7,300 accounts nationwide.

From 2016 to 2019, Megan worked as a Professional Development Consultant and Customer Support Specialist at Goldstar Learning, Inc. Megan cultivated relationships with school districts and conducted training for K-12 educators across the country.

Earlier in their career, Megan held the role of Financial Reporting at Jackson National Asset Management, LLC from 2014 to 2016. Megan implemented a knowledge transfer system and made organizational changes to improve team efficiency. Megan also designed a training program for the financial reporting team.
