Trevor Roe

Trevor Roe is a seasoned executive with extensive leadership experience in diverse sectors, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and General Manager at Shadow Systems since April 2017, where responsibilities include business development and oversight of various operational functions. Prior to this, Trevor functioned as Director of Program Management at Fujitsu Network Communications, managing a 15-person team and delivering over $10 million in customer projects, along with overseeing back-office processes. Additional roles at Fujitsu included M&A Integration Manager and Commercial Account Manager, where notable achievements included the management of large-scale integrations and revenue attainment exceeding 190%. Earlier military experience as an Infantry Officer in the US Army included serving in combat operations in Afghanistan and Iraq, leading diverse teams, and receiving commendations for performance.
