FLACH Edward has extensive experience in customer support and management, currently serving as Customer Support Director and Head Manager of European Customer Support at Shadow since November 2019. Previously, FLACH held the position of International Customer Support - Lead Manager / DPO at Wifirst from May 2017 to October 2019, where responsibilities included coordinating support for international B2B clients and improving processes across departments. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Team Manager and Team Manager at Webhelp Compiègne, managing a bilingual technical team, and as a Customer Care Specialist.
