Ben Leach

Ben Leach is an accomplished entrepreneur and construction executive with extensive experience in leadership roles. As the CEO and Founder of Shadowbrook Development since May 2021 and PLC Construction FL, LLC since January 2019, Ben has demonstrated a strong commitment to excellence in the construction industry. Prior to these positions, Ben served as Vice President of Construction at Primmer Construction LLC from September 2017 to September 2019. Additionally, Ben is an active member of YPO since February 2024. Ben's educational background includes attendance at Bernards High School and Seminole State College of Florida.
