Elad Sela

Elad Sela has a strong background in finance and business analytics. Elad has significant experience in various financial roles, including Chief Financial Officer (CFO) positions. Elad currently serves as the CFO of Shafir Production Systems Ltd., a global company specializing in automation systems and complex multidisciplinary systems. Prior to this, Elad worked as a Financial Controller at AZRIELI.COM. Elad also held the role of CFO at Shekulo Tov group, where they managed cash flow, budgets, financial statements, and retail and industrial operations. Elad served as the Financial Controller at B.Gaon Holdings Group and AquAgro Fund, L.P., managing finance departments and handling cash flow, taxes, and financial statements. Elad began their career as a CPA at Ernst&Young, where they managed audit crews, handled tax matters, and worked on financial reporting.

Elad Sela completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Financial Management from Tel Aviv University in 2014. Elad also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in accounting from the College of Management, which they completed between 2005 and 2009.
