Isabel Beeby

Isabel Beeby is the Residential Manager at Shaftesbury PLC. Prior to their current role, they were the Property Portfolio Manager at Clarendon Serviced Apartments from April 2018 to September 2020. In this role, they were responsible for sourcing new properties for the Clarendon portfolio through networking and market analysis, as well as managing the existing tenancies for the portfolio and reviewing rents and contract renewals. Isabel ensured a diverse portfolio in line with business needs through being reactive to client and market demand. Isabel also managed, drove and led all acquisitions and disposals ensuring efficiencies and cost savings.

Before Clarendon, Isabel was a New Business Consultant at Foxtons from June 2015 to March 2016. As the first point of contact for all new business enquiries, they were responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and positive first impressions. From March 2016 to April 2018, they were the Assistant Supply Content Manager.

Isabel began their career at SilverDoor in July 2013 as a Partner Relations Support. In this role, they provided support to partners and clients with any queries they had. Isabel then moved to Customer Services Assistant at Primark Stores Ltd from November 2012 to May 2013.

Isabel Beeby has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Management with Finance from the University of Brighton. Isabel also has an International Baccalaureate from Chichester Sixth Form.

They work with Lindsey Hedley - Deputy Group Financial Controller, Lydia Clarkson - Head of Public Realm & Policy, and Samantha Bain-Mollison - Retail Director. Isabel Beeby reports to Brian Bickell, CEO.
