Hope H.

Hope H. has a diverse work experience and has held various roles in different companies. Hope started their career in 2000 as an Account Executive at Broadwing Communications, where they generated and qualified B2B sales leads. In 2003, they joined Vacations To Go as the Director of Foreign Language Sales, where they managed a multilingual sales staff and consistently increased annual margins. In 2014, Hope started their own consulting firm, H.L. Hightower Consulting, LLC, where they served as the Owner and Principal Consultant. Hope joined Island Hospitality Management in 2016 as the Housekeeping Manager and later also worked as a Guest Services representative. Currently, they are working at Shah Smith & Associates, Inc. as the Administrative Director.

Hope H. obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University from 1992 to 1999. Additionally, they also received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Universidad San Francisco de Quito from 1994 to 1996. In 2015, they obtained a certification in General Lines Agent from the Texas Department of Insurance.
