Dean Flower possesses extensive experience in problem-solving and quality management across various industries, with a focus on crisis resolution and operational efficiency. Currently, Dean is engaged as a contractor at Shainin since March 2023, specializing in crisis problem-solving and the Rolling Top 5 approach. Prior roles include Director of Fleet Operations Reliability & Efficiency at Torc Robotics, where tenure spanned from November 2022 to May 2023, and a significant period at Detroit Diesel from March 2014 to December 2022, leading Rolling Top 5 initiatives. Further expertise was developed while serving as Director of Quality at Stage 2 Innovations and during extensive stints at TRW Automotive and Delphi, where Dean managed programs aimed at resolving chronic warranty issues and enhancing preventive measures.
