Cain Leathers

Cain Leathers is an accomplished marketing professional currently serving as the Regional Marketing Manager at Shake Shack since October 2024. As the Founder of Queer Run, Cain leads a Philadelphia-based LGBTQIA+ organization focused on fostering a safe and inclusive environment for the Queer community in the running industry. Previous roles include Executive Director at Insomnia Cookies, where leadership encompassed New Store Marketing and Marketing Activations & Events Specialist. Cain has also contributed as a Content Writer for The Rundown and Brand Activation Lead at Clif Bar & Company. Early career experience includes key positions at Philadelphia Runner and Saxbys, where management involved overseeing training programs and team dynamics. Cain holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, obtained from Community College of Philadelphia and further education at Temple University.
