Jeff Tattersall

Jeff Tattersall is an experienced restaurant operations professional, currently serving as Area Director at Shake Shack since November 2023. Prior to this role, Jeff held the position of Senior Director of Operations at Red Lobster from July 2014 to November 2023 and progressed through various roles, including Director of Operations at Darden Restaurants from April 2003 to July 2014, where Jeff also served as the Opening General Manager for Red Lobster Times Square in New York. Earlier in Jeff's career, from June 1995 to April 2003, Jeff was the Area Director for Bennigan's overseeing operations in New Jersey and Long Island, both corporate and franchise. Jeff earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications with a focus on Public Relations from Rutgers University, completing studies from 1987 to 1991.
