Jeffrey Amoscato has a solid career in the food industry, starting as a line cook at JEAN-GEORGES MANAGEMENT and Ristorante San Domenico di Imola in Italy. Jeffrey then moved on to various roles at Union Square Hospitality Group before joining Shake Shack as the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain & Menu Innovation.
