Darel Pallesco

Darel Pallesco, CIA, CPA, currently serves as the Chief Audit Executive at Shakey's Philippines (International Family Food Services, Inc.) since August 2014, where responsibilities include enhancing organizational governance, risk management, and internal control processes. Previously, Darel held the position of Internal Audit Manager at Luen Thai Enterprises from April 2013 to August 2014, where the focus was on improving the audit function and supporting business initiatives. Experience also includes roles as an Internal Controls Specialist at PMFTC, Inc. and as a Compliance Specialist at Johnson & Johnson International. Darel began a career in auditing and risk services as a Senior Associate at SGV & Co. (Ernst & Young Philippines) from January 2006 to November 2010, contributing to various internal audits and business process reviews. Darel earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from San Sebastian College-Recoletos de Cavite, Inc. from 2001 to 2005.
