Ghulam Rasool

Ghulam Rasool has extensive experience in project planning and management within the construction and engineering sectors. Currently, Ghulam Rasool serves as a Planning Manager at Shamara Holding Group, where responsibilities include overseeing the construction of the Shat Al Basra 1250 MW power project in Iraq since March 2014. Prior to this role, Ghulam Rasool worked as a Senior Planning Engineer at Descon Engineering Limited from November 2006 to February 2014, focusing on EPC project planning and scheduling using Oracle Primavera P6, as well as conducting critical path analysis and resource management. Ghulam Rasool began the career as an Assistant Manager at Sonatrack Pvt Ltd from November 2003 to October 2006. Ghulam Rasool holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mehran University of Engineering & Technology, completed in 2003.
