Alyson Young Gregory

Alyson Young Gregory is a multifaceted professional currently serving as the Director of Client Relations at BI2 Technologies and an Ayurvedic Health Counselor at Veda Vita Health & Wellness. As a co-author of "The Parent's Complete Guide to Ayurveda," Alyson has contributed to Shambhala Publications since January 2021. In addition, Alyson writes for the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce, focusing on promoting regional tourism, and has experience as a writer for Boston Parents Paper, where content centered on local family activities and parenting. Previous roles include Products and Marketing Editor at Kerala Ayurveda USA and founder of Lido Juice. Alyson is pursuing education as an Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor at Kerala Ayurveda Academy and has completed Yoga Teacher Training at Omega Institute for Holistic Studies.
