Susan Laguerta

Susan Laguerta is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Area Revenue Manager for Shamin Hotels since October 2019, overseeing revenue operations for both the Renaissance Portsmouth - Norfolk Waterfront Hotel and Delta Hotels by Marriott Norfolk Airport. Previously, Susan held the position of Revenue Manager at Commonwealth Lodging Management, LLC from April 2018 to October 2019, and worked at Norfolk Waterside Marriott in various capacities, including Reservations Coordinator and Catering Sales Manager from March 2014 to April 2018. Additionally, Susan served as President-Elect of the Asian Business Association of Hampton Roads from May 2015 to January 2017 and worked as Business Development Manager at Shula's 347 Grill from March 2014 to January 2016. Prior experience also includes serving as Catering Sales Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Virginia Beach and Area Sales Coordinator at Crestline Hotels & Resorts.
