Blake Hawkins

Blake Hawkins has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Blake began their career in 2010 as a Crew Member at Arby's and later worked as a Sales Associate at Break Time. In 2013, they served as a Customer Service Associate at Campus Dining Services.

In 2014, Blake took on multiple roles at Cheddar's Casual Cafe, including Server and Culinary Assistant. Blake also worked as a Field Manager, Canvasser, and Recruiter at Grassroots Campaigns, where they performed recruiting duties and went door-to-door for fundraising.

Blake then worked as a Fulfillment Associate at Amazon in 2015 before joining Quest Diagnostics in the same year as a Level IV Help Desk Analyst. In this role, they utilized Salesforce to create service metrics and reports for account managers and sales executives.

From 2016 to 2018, Blake was a Help Desk Analyst at Quest Diagnostics, where they accessed various Salesforce Lead and Case queues to assist different departments.

In 2019, Blake joined Benefit Communication Insourcing as a Salesforce and Business Applications Specialist. Blake served as the primary Salesforce Administrator, overseeing a highly customized organization with over 300 users. Blake successfully migrated all users to Salesforce Lightning and implemented various projects utilizing Salesforce Process Automation.

Currently, Blake is employed at Shamrock Trading Corporation, where they have held several roles. Blake started as a Salesforce Administrator in 2020 and later became a Hybrid Salesforce Administrator-Developer. Presently, they hold the position of Senior Salesforce Administrator.

Blake Hawkins has a diverse education history. In 2018, they attended the University of Kansas - Edwards Campus and obtained a certification in Full-Stack Web Development. Prior to that, from 2015 onwards, Blake attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where they pursued Environmental Science but did not complete a degree. In 2011, they had also studied at the University of Missouri-Columbia for a period of two years, although the degree and field of study are unspecified. In addition to their formal education, Blake has obtained certifications from Salesforce. In November 2019, they became a Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, and in January 2019, they achieved the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification.
