Mason started their career as a Coach/Intern at KC Legends Soccer Club in 2015, where they coached and managed multiple teams, organized practices, and supervised games. In 2017, they worked as an Assurance Intern at RubinBrown LLP, gaining knowledge and experience in industries like public sector, benefit plans, and colleges/universities. In 2018, they joined RTS Carrier Services as a Business Development Associate, focusing on developing business relationships. In 2019, they joined Shamrock Trading Corporation as a Business Development Manager, responsible for team sales leadership.
