Stratton Bachman

Stratton Bachman has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Stratton started their career at State Street as a Bank Loan Specialist, Associate 1 in June 2011 and worked there until February 2013. Stratton then joined Shamrock Trading Corporation - RTS Financial as an Account Representative in March 2013 and stayed there until March 2017. In December 2014, they returned to Shamrock Trading Corporation as a Credit Analyst, evaluating debtors' and customers' credit data and financial statements to assess lending risks. Stratton'srole also involved conferring with credit associations and references and evaluating clients' accounts receivable data and projections. After leaving Shamrock Trading Corporation in March 2017, Stratton joined First Heritage Bank as an Assistant Vice President, Credit Analyst in March 2017 until October 2019. Stratton then returned to Shamrock Trading Corporation in October 2019 and currently holds the position of a Credit Underwriting Specialist, specializing in senior credit underwriting.

Stratton Bachman pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Kansas State University, which they successfully obtained in the years 2007 to 2011. Later, they pursued their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance from Rockhurst University, completing the program between 2012 and 2013.
