Nidaa A. Majali is currently the Senior Director - Operations at Shams Talent Management LLC and Director Of Business Development. Previously, Nidaa worked as a Business Consultant in Renewable Energy at The Specialists for Development and Financial Consulting and as a Sales Manager at Phoenix Solar AG. Prior to that, Nidaa held various roles at Millennium Energy Industries, including Business Development Manager, Solar Desalination Team Leader, and Research and technology development Engineer. Nidaa also worked as a Researcher at TU Braunschweig University after graduating with a B.SC in Chemical Engineering from Mutah University. Nidaa is a lead researcher in the renewable energy sector, managing all research efforts at Millennium Energy Industries.
