Serdar Yurtcicek

Serdar Yurtcicek is a Postdoctoral Researcher at Shanghai University since September 2023, previously holding the position of Proje Bazlı Deşifre ve Raporlama Faaliyetleri at İzmir Development Agency from March 2010 to April 2016, where responsibilities included transcribing and summarizing meeting records for the İzmir Development Council. Between February 2013 and 2015, Serdar served as Operations Manager at Trada Trade Marketing, overseeing operational processes and reporting activities, as well as managing procurement, negotiation with various service providers, and analyzing logistical data. Additionally, an experience as a Geographical Information Systems Personnel at HERE from December 2011 to November 2012 involved data recording and mapping. Academic qualifications include a Doctorate in International Politics from the University of International Business and Economics, a Master's in International Affairs and Global Governance from Zhejiang University, an MBA from Beykent University, and a Bachelor's degree in Business from Dokuz Eylul University.
