Melissa Lalor

Melissa Lalor is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various managerial and advisory roles. Currently serving as the Group HR and Engagement Manager at The Shannon Airport Group since January 2020, Melissa previously held the position of Group Human Resources Manager at Sean Loughnane Galway Ltd from February 2017 to January 2020. Prior to that, Melissa was a Human Resources Advisor specializing in Learning and Development at Kerry Group (Kerry Foods) from January 2015 to February 2017 and a Senior Human Resources Manager at Lough Rea Hotel and Spa from February 2008 to January 2015. Melissa is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, having achieved the designation in 2020, and also holds a Chartered Member status obtained in 2012. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Corporate Strategy and People Management and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, both from the National University of Ireland, Galway.
