Rachael Leahy

Rachael joined Shannon Group in November 2014 as the Head of Legal and is also responsible for the Group’s procurement function. In her role as Shannon Group Company Secretary, Rachael is responsible for the efficient administration of the Group ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Rachael is a practising solicitor and prior to joining Shannon Group she trained and worked with one of the top five law firms in Ireland and she was a partner with a firm of solicitors in the Midwest. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, an LLB degree and a Professional Certificate in Governance.
