Tim Geyer

Tim Geyer has extensive work experience, starting in 1987 at Ring Screw Works in an operations role. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as a Six Sigma Black Belt at Textron, leading multiple projects across the enterprise. Tim then moved to Greenlee-Textron as an Operations and Supply Chain Executive, where they implemented lean practices and managed project pipelines. In 2010, they joined Sargent Aerospace & Defense as the Vice President of Operations & Supply Chain, driving operational performance and leading continuous improvement initiatives. From 2014 to 2016, Tim served as the VP of Operations and Supply Chain at MIC, overseeing locations in multiple countries and achieving strong results in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and profit. Currently, they hold the role of VP- Distribution and CI at Shannon Precision Fastener.

Tim Geyer has a strong education background in business and leadership. Tim earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business/Operations from the University of Michigan-Flint, where they studied from 1990 to 1997. Tim later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business, graduating from the University of Michigan-Flint in 2005.

In terms of additional certifications, Tim Geyer is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, having obtained this qualification from Textron Six Sigma.

Looking ahead, Tim Geyer has plans to further enhance their leadership skills. Tim is currently pursuing a degree in Transformational Leadership from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, starting in 2023. Additionally, in 2020, they enrolled at Oakland University to study Exec. Leadership in Business Leadership, indicating their commitment to continuous professional development in the field.
