Ken Cecil

Ken Cecil is a highly experienced Senior Geotechnical Engineer currently employed at Shannon & Wilson, Inc. since June 2023, previously holding the same title at Nelson Geotechnical Associates, Inc. from October 2020 to June 2023. Prior to these positions, Ken served as a Transportation Engineer at the Washington State Department of Transportation from June 2019 to October 2020 and as a Geotechnical Engineer at Shannon and Wilson from July 2006 to June 2019. Ken's career began as a Geotechnical Engineer at GeoEngineers from 1998 to 2001. In terms of education, Ken earned a Master of Arts in Exegetical Theology from Covenant Theological Seminary (2011-2018) and holds both a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from Washington State University (1990-1998).
