Caio Dias

Caio Dias has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Caio started their career as a Software Consultant Intern at Iteris Consultoria e Software, where they worked on projects for clients such as Cosan, Votorantim, and Odebrecht. Caio then joined AbbVie as a Clinical Project Assistant, contributing to the development and approval of VIEKIRA PAK. At LexisNexis Risk Solutions, Caio worked as an Associate Statistical Modeler, where they created and optimized telematics and healthcare fraud models. Caio then joined McKinsey & Company as a Senior Data Scientist, where they worked until 2019. Following that, Caio served as the Principal Data Scientist at Garde Asset Management before joining Wildlife Studios as a Technical Product Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Digital & Talent at Shape.

Caio Dias has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Ohio University. Caio also holds another Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from USP - Universidade de São Paulo. Prior to pursuing their higher education, Caio completed their high school education at Escola Estadual Érico Veríssimo.
